Take some time to deepen your relation with the heart chanting Kirtan, energize and relax practicing traditional Hatha yoga and experience a simple way of being reconnecting with mother nature in a beautiful oak forest.

 

Kirtan is a devotional chanting practice and an important aspect of the path of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of Devotion, it is an immediate way of reunification with the divine, a way to establish a new relationship with our heart. Chanting mantra practice helps the mind to
rest, immersed in the nature of enchanted French Pyrenees forest, it provides an holistic experience that rejuvenates, uplift and restore harmony and balance.


Daily schedule includes also a complete yogic program with pranayama and Hatha yoga according to the Sivananda Vedanta tradition, deep relaxation with live Sitar and silent meditative walk in the surrounding hills.

17:00 – 18:00   Workshop (mantra, kirtan, pranayama, asanas)

18:00 – 18:30   Guided relaxation with live Sitar

19:00 – 20:00   Dinner

20:00 – 21:30   Kirtan
