It was during my travels in India (from 1993) that I discovered the path of life that is yoga.

I did three years teacher training course with Martyn Neal at the Narbonne Yoga Centre affiliated with theIFY Institut Français de Yoga.
I am a member of the KHYF, Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Fundation as a teacher. This fundation was founded by TKV Desikachar and Kausthub Desikachar, son and student of TKV Desikachar. The official umbrella organization representing the complete yoga tradition of T.Krishnamacharya.

I carry on to deepen my knowledge with Martyn, my teacher as well as with other teachers from the French Yoga Institute. I had the great pleasure to meet and work with them all in Jully 2009 during the national meeting of the IFY.

It is with a deep joy that I took part in a yoga seminar in Barcelone with TKV Desikachar and his son and student Kausthub Desikachar.

My sincere thanks go to Martyn Neal for the high quality of his teaching; through him I bow before Desikachar and Krishnamacharya with the greatest respect, also before their masters who have allowed the transmission of the way of yoga.

I give weekly yoga courses, either one-to-one or in groups, as well as workshops in Limoux and Carcassonne. I also give yoga courses for pregnant women.

I have trained in childbirth preparation with Dr Ploquin.
